The rules bit
Terms of participation
Software Shippers brings people together to build useful software, compare AI workflows, and learn from real work. These plain-English terms describe the deal when you join.

The deal
You bring a focus for your software work, show up for the live sessions, and treat the other Shippers and their work with respect. Software Shippers provides the group, session format, and shared context in good faith.
Free and paid membership
Free membership includes notifications for our monthlyish implementation and accountability sessions. Paid membership is $97 per month through Whop and lets you request a place in a small cohort. The checkout describes the billing terms before you pay.
Seats and participation
Each cohort has up to five Shippers and a Facilitator. An active paid Software Shippers subscription is required to request and confirm a seat. A subscription does not guarantee an immediate place in a particular cohort. You can withdraw at any time from your dashboard, and an Administrator may remove an account that disrupts the group or misuses the service.
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of your products, code, ideas, and profile material. You choose whether your Shipper profile appears publicly. Anything shared in a live session should be treated as group context, not material to republish without permission.
Sessions, transcripts, and AI
Sessions may be transcribed so participants can keep the context. Facilitators can add summary notes and analysis to the private session record. The Privacy notice explains what is stored, who can access it, and how to request deletion or correction.
Optional Slack access
The private Slack channel is optional and is not the centre of the cohort. Access follows your paid Software Shippers membership and participation status.
No guarantees
The group can offer momentum, feedback, support, and the occasional useful ass-kicking. It cannot guarantee that a product ships, succeeds, earns money, or that every service remains available without interruption.
